Are you hoping for a confident birth?

This is the most comprehensive pregnancy, labour, and childbirth course available in the UK

My name is Lillian, mum of three, and natural childbirth educator. I moved to Southampton, UK from Maryland, USA in 2015 and have had four drug-free, natural, home water births using the Bradley Method®! My children are completely healthy and now ages 9, 5, 3, and 14 months. I have been teaching the Bradley Method® for the last eight years. Becoming fully affiliated is a two-year certification process that makes me fully equipped to help couples achieve calm, confident and empowering births through taking classes. I am very passionate about educating and empowering parents to make your birth yours!

You should enrol in Bradley Method® classes at the beginning of your third trimester (26 weeks).

In every class we will have a lesson from the student workbook, which you will receive before your first day of class. We also practice relaxation techniques to help prepare you for labour. Nutrition is vital to mom and baby’s health, so we will review nutrition goals each week too.

I teach classes online via Zoom, which allows couples to feel relaxed in their home environments.

I provide doula and birth photography services to residents of Southampton and the surrounding area.

I support women, their partners, and family during and after the labour and the birth of their baby. I draw on my knowledge and experience to provide physical, emotional, and informational support to women and their partners.

I capture the life-changing event of labour and birth with timeless photography and videography. Find out more today!

“It is not only that we want to bring about an easy labor, without risking injury to the mother or the child; we must go further. We must understand that childbirth is fundamentally a spiritual, as well as a physical, achievement. The birth of a child is the ultimate perfection of human love.”

Dr. Grantly Dick-Read, 1953
